BACKGROUND INVESTIGATIONS
We conduct nationwide Background Investigations (BI) services in accordance with the Federal Investigative Standards (FIS). Our BI services include conducting Enhanced Subject Interview (ESI)s, obtaining personal testimony from a variety of sources, conducting record searches, obtaining records from various repositories and reporting information obtained.
ADJUDICATION rEVIEWS
We review and process personnel security documentation and provide accurate and timely personnel security information. We ensure that documentation and
information necessary to facilitate the adjudications of personnel security eligibility and trustworthy determinations are processed in a timely manner. We provide operational support to assist in the personnel clearance oversight and management as prescribed by the DoD Personnel Security Program and support the holistic vetting and adjudication mission.
Case Processing
We provide Case Processing Services, to include Application Ingestion Services, Case Maintenance Services, and Item Level Processing. We validate and process an applicants’ application prior to case scheduling to ensure the application is complete IAW the Requesting Personnel Investigations and Federal Investigative Standards (FIS). We search, process, update, and coordinate with data providers and otherwise take action on items to ensure assigned items are complete and compliant IAW the FIS.
